The town of Peine is located in the middle of Lower Saxony. As the county town of the district of the same name, it is the leading center of the region between Hanover and Braunschweig. The medium-sized center offers its almost 50,000 inhabitants an excellent infrastructure. Originally growing with steel production, the town coped extremely well with the steel crisis of the 1970s. The world-famous steel girder "Peiner Träger" is still produced here - but today in a modern electric steelworks. Other well-known companies, such as the stationery manufacturer Pelikan, have settled here. The beer brewed locally by the former Härke brewery, which now operates under the name Härke Braumanufaktur, is also known beyond the town's borders.

From attractive shopping opportunities and exciting leisure activities to first-class restaurants, the town leaves nothing to be desired. Peine also has an excellent range of kindergartens and schools. The town also has its own hospital. The proximity to the recreational areas of Lüneburg Heath and the Harz Mountains round off the town's advantages in this area.

Economically, Peine is part of the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region. This forms a common economic area with world-renowned companies and many jobs. This property is a large apartment building. It is known as House A and is embedded in a complete, contiguous residential area that is being built by the DFK Group on Theodor-Heuss-Strasse in Peine. This comprises a total of seven apartment buildings with a total of 174 modern apartments. The apartment building A on offer here houses 65 apartments, which are accessed via three entrances. Thanks to the complete insulation of the walls, basement ceilings and roof as well as modern, triple-glazed plastic windows, the building meets the standard of a KfW Efficiency House 55. Heating is provided by an energy-saving and environmentally friendly district heating network. The building has a modern and timeless look with a mix of plaster and clinker brick cladding.

The two basement levels house both an underground garage and the cellar rooms. There will be 82 parking spaces on the 2nd basement level, so that at least one parking space will be allocated to each residential unit. There is also a storage room for each apartment in the basement. There is also a shared storage room for up to 65 bicycles. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. In the outdoor area, users will find additional parking spaces, green areas and a children's playground.

The apartments themselves offer one to three rooms and living spaces of between 34 and 74 square meters. Most units have their own access to the outdoors via a balcony, terrace or roof terrace. The apartments also have a fully fitted kitchen and a fully equipped shower room when they are handed over. The built-in kitchen appliances and bathroom furniture are all from tried-and-tested manufacturers. Glossy surfaces on the furniture give these two rooms a high-quality finish. With modern wall and floor designs, the rest of the appearance also meets the requirements of current and future tenants. The wet areas are tiled in large format on the floor and partly on the walls. The remaining floors will be covered with easy-care, durable and visually appealing vinyl design flooring. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in all rooms.

Geographically, Peine is located almost exactly halfway between the two larger cities of Hanover and Braunschweig. The connection to the two regional centers is excellent. The city center of Hanover can be reached in 40 minutes and the city center of Braunschweig in just under 30 minutes via its own access road to the A2 freeway. It is quicker to take the train from Pein station. While the journey to Hanover takes less than half an hour, the train to Braunschweig main station takes less than 20 minutes. Trains run every hour and even every 30 minutes at peak times.

The apartments on offer here are located in the "Südstadt" district and thus in a prime central location within Peine. Many everyday amenities are within easy walking distance. These include several supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy and several restaurants. In addition, the surrounding area offers a large shopping center, the City Galerie, which can be reached on foot in under ten minutes. Pein train station is also just 500 meters away on foot and there is a bus stop just around the corner. The drive to the highway entrance takes about five minutes. Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, the city's largest public square, is located in the immediate vicinity of the building. It is home to the old water tower, one of the city's landmarks. The entire "Südstadt" district is also part of an urban development program. As a result, the quality of the district's surroundings is constantly improving.
